SEMP, CIVIS & Faculty agreements

Important

- Please note the conditions, the application procedures and deadlines for each exchange agreement

- The application can be submitted in either French or English

- Please respect the order of the documents

- A maximum of 5 SEMP and/or Faculty and/or CIVIS destinations can be chosen

5 destinations = 5 Learning Agreements
As your Learning Agreement is provisional at the time of application, only your signature is required

- An answer regarding your selection will be sent on March 31^st at the latest

- If your application for an exchange has not been selected after your first application to the SEMP/CIVIS/Faculty agreements, a second selection with the remaining seats will be proposed to you

How to apply?

To prepare and apply for an exchange in the SEMP/Faculty/CIVIS agreements, please follow the following procedure.

Online application - closed !

The online application, on our Intranet (UNIL login), is closed.

Prepare the following documents and save them in the order shown in a single PDF:
- Cover letter addressed to the selection committee - one page/450 words max.
- Curriculum Vitae
- Learning Agreement(s) SEMP, one per destination
- University transcripts of records obtained outside HEC Lausanne (previous university studies)
- Official language test
Then rename your application file as follows:
NAME_Firstname_ExchangeApplication_2023-24
Complete the fields in the form, then upload your pdf application file at the end of the form
